CEHI is led by community members and young leaders who know Adjumani District because they live it. Together they hold the programs, the partnerships, and the relationships that make CEHI possible.

Roles across the organization

Program Director

MR. ODUTI MOSES

Provides overall strategic leadership and direction of the organization. Oversees program design, implementation, partnerships, and resource mobilization to ensure the organization achieves its mission and impact goals.

Head of Programs

MR. ODUTI RONALD

Leads the planning, coordination, and supervision of all program activities. Ensures quality implementation, alignment with organizational objectives, and effective monitoring and evaluation of program outcomes.

Program Technical Lead

MR. EDEMA GEOFFREY

Provides technical guidance in program development and implementation. Supports field teams with expertise, ensures adherence to standards, and strengthens the quality and effectiveness of interventions.

Program Coordinator

MR. OKULLU NATHAN GAD

Responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, and monitoring the CBO's programs and projects. Supervises project activities, manages partnerships, prepares reports, and ensures effective use of resources.

M&E Officer

Monitors and evaluates program outcomes to ensure quality and evidence-based learning.
